Terms & Conditions – $500 Website Offer

By paying $500 for a one-page website (or $1,999 for a five-page upgrade) with $49/month hosting, you agree to the following. All prices exclude GST.

1. We use our own modular site system — tested layouts, proven structure, no extras. We decide the look and layout. You send us the info — we drop it in, style it, and ship it. Done. This is not a boutique, custom website service.

What You Get - $500 One-Pager
- A single-page website delivered within 7 business days.*
- Clean, conversion-focused layout (our system).
- We swap in your logo, text, photos, contact info, etc.
- Copywriting if needed, based on what you provide.
- Mobile-friendly, clean, and no-nonsense.
- Includes contact form, social links (if relevant).
- Free redesign every 2 years.

$1,999 Five-Pager (upgrade)
- Up to five static pages (e.g. Home, Services, About, Gallery, Contact).
- Delivered within 4 weeks of form submission.*
- Additional round of revisions included.
- Same modular design system used — no reinventing the wheel.
- Same clean and fast execution — no fluff.

*If we're slammed with orders, turnaround may extend up to 6 weeks.

2. What’s Not Included
- Anything beyond the 1-page or 5-page scope.
- Online stores, bookings, blogs, portals.
- Custom branding, logos, or brand guidelines.
- Revisions until the end of time.
- Phone calls, meetings, strategy chats.

This is not a custom agency project. It's lean, fast, and effective.

3. Price + Ongoing Costs
- One-pager: $500 + GST, paid upfront.
- Five-pager: $1,999 + GST, paid upfront.
- Hosting: $49/month + GST (or $490/year + GST — 2 months free).

Hosting includes:
- Keeping the site online
- 2 minor edit credits per month (text/images/logo/URL swaps)
- Basic support via email
- Cancel anytime — but your site goes offline when payments stop

No refunds. No “change of mind.” This isn’t JB Hi-Fi.

4. Timeline & Your Role
The timer starts when you:
- Pay in full
- Submit the intake form
- Provide your logo, photos, or other content

If you drag your feet, the clock stops. If you ghost for 14+ days, we may mark the project complete and move on.

5. Revisions
- One-pager: One revision round.
- Five-pager: Two revision rounds.
- Revisions = “swap this image,” “update that text.”
- Revisions ≠ “start again from scratch.”
- Extra rounds = extra cost. Quote on request.

6. Ownership & Access

- You own what you give us (logo, copy, images).
- We retain admin access while hosting.
- You get WordPress dashboard access to make your own edits - if requested.

7. Legal Bits
- Don’t give us content you don’t have rights to.
- We’re not liable for legal issues, missed leads, or your mate’s design opinions.
- Payment = agreement to all terms, even if you skimmed it.

8. Cancellation
- Cancel hosting anytime via email.
- Site stays up until the current billing period ends.
- No refunds for partial months or unused time.

9. Final Word
- This is a fast, effective web build. No calls. No fluff. No drama. If you want a $500 or $1,999 site that just works — without being babysat — you're our kind of client.
